High-performing and solidly built using corrosion-resistant materials and over a century of manufacturing experience, Despatch laboratory ovens are the epitome of technological advancement and superior quality.

Despatch LBB and LAC models represent the very best choice for professional testing requirements, specifically designed for civil engineering laboratory sample drying or heating, whether it’s soil, aggregate or asphalt. Other applications include drying rocks, aging asphalt paving mixtures and keeping compaction moulds and industry tools at a certain temperature.

Despatch LFC Class A models are specially designed to meet NFPA 86 requirements for applications that include flammable solvents or large amounts of moisture removal.

Reinforced shelves are purpose-built to withstand heavily loaded sample trays and gyratory moulds. Each oven features a rugged, double-wall steel frame, reliable temperature uniformity with a wide range of optional accessories and upgrades available.

The Despatch LBB Forced convection benchtop oven features a combination of horizontal and vertical airflow that offers excellent temperature uniformity. It is recommended for a variety of laboratory and production applications including drying, curing, annealing and materials testing. The Department of Transportation (DOT) of many states in USA use these ovens for testing asphalt samples.

The LAC benchtop oven features horizontal recirculating airflow and exceptional temperature uniformity. The result is proven reliability in demanding production and laboratory applications, such as curing, drying, sterilizing, aging, and other process-critical procedures.

LAC ovens come with Protocol 3™ control with large LCD display, integrated data logging capabilities and USB port for simple oven set-up and data export, as well as PC interface for remote input, monitoring and recording (RS485 connection).

When equipped with optional reinforced shelves, LAC ovens are an upgrade from LBB models in terms of maximum temperature and heat uniformity.

CONTROLS Laboratory Drying Ovens have been specifically designed for civil engineering testing laboratories and are invaluable for the precise sample preparation and conditioning of construction materials, such as cement, concrete, asphalt, bitumen, rock, soil and aggregate. Maintaining an even and regular temperature is essential when preparing samples for materials testing as it ensures consistency and repeatability of results.
 
Ovens feature forced convection airflow with base-positioned fans for excellent air and temperature distribution. Temperature control from ambient to 200°C is regulated via thermoregulator with a digital display. All ovens are equipped with mechanical safety thermostats that prevent overheating. Safety and user-comfort are also paramount — now shallower, ovens are safe and easier to load and unload.
 
Q Series: Premium high precision models conforming to main international standards, including the “9 point test control”. Internally made from stainless steel, front frame and door made from “linen patterned” stainless steel, resistant to scratches and shocks. This series also includes the “Deluxe” 780 l capacity model internally made from stainless steel and "linen patterned" stainless steel all outer, offering even stronger protection.
