Cement Specimen Curing Equipment
Cement curing bench-type cabinet is ideal for curing cement specimens in commercial and site laboratories, very practical and easy to use.
65-L0014/C: Cement curing bench-type cabinet. 230 V, 50-60 Hz, 1 ph
The cabinet is entirely made of “sandwich” stainless steel panels, isolated with polyurethane foam. The bench can be conveniently used as a working table being 2240 mm long, 700 mm wide and 860 mm high.
The cabinet is fully conforming to the European directive 2006/95/CEE (and subsequent modification) and 2004/108/CEE (electromagnetic compatibility).
Cooling system, temperature and humidity control are integrated in the structure and housed on the right cabinet. The system is designed to maintain the temperature within the operating range between +18 and +25°C with a relative humidity 95±5%.
Each one of the 4 cells can be fitted with max 5 sliding grids which can support the moulds with specimens and a large number of cement prisms.
Using a simple plastic pan allows specimen curing in water. It can also be used for curing concrete cubes and other mortar specimens. The cabinet has to be connected to the water mains.
65-D1326: Plastic pan 220x220x70 mm for water curing of three 40x40x160 mm cement specimens.
65-L0014/C1: Plastic coated shelf
65-L0014/REC: Upgrade of the Cabinet 65-L0014/C with internal data logging facility allowing direct connection to PC via LAN cable and data storage on SD card.
The upgrade is factory installed.
Circulating water bath with cooler is a multi-purpose digital unit, fit with cooler unit and recirculating water system, is used to condition in water asphalt specimens for Marshall and Indirect tensile test.
This unit can also be used for many applications either for Asphalt or for Cement testing for curing in water cement specimens 40x40x160 mm, and for storing the hydrated samples at a temperature of 20°C (EN 196-8).
65-D1409/A: Recirculating water bath with cooling unit. 230 V, 50-60 Hz, 1 ph
Internal surfaces are polished stainless steel with a sheet steel insulated outer case.
The cooler unit is located under the water bath.
Complete with re-circulating unit for temperature uniformity.
Curacem Cement curing cabinet is ideal for curing cement specimens in commercial and site laboratories, very practical and easy to use.
65-L0013/D: Curacem, Cement curing cabinet. 230 V, 50-60 Hz, 1 ph
The frame is made of strong polypropylene structure, which is chemical resistant and particularly suitable for cement applications. The front doors are fitted with transparent glass. The humidity is maintained from 95% to saturation by water nebulizer.
The temperature is maintained to 20±1°C by a immersion heater and separate refrigerator unit (code 65-D2031).
The four stainless steel racks of the internal frame can support the moulds with specimens and a large number of cement prisms. It can also be used to concrete cubes and other mortar specimens.
Using a simple plastic pan (code 65-D1326) is also possible to cure specimen in water.
The unit has to be connected to a suitable air compressor, model 65-L0013/D1.
